Gedeb Banqo Dhadhattu
In the southern highlands of Gedeb—at elevations up to 2,300 meters—cool temperatures, abundant rainfall, and rich loamy soils shape slow-maturing, sugar-dense coffee cherries. More than 600 smallholder families cultivate heirloom varieties in traditional polyculture gardens, shaded by native trees and intercropped with “false banana,” using organic practices passed down for generations.
A standout expression of Gedeb’s purity and vibrancy. Expect juicy blood orange, soft raspberry leaf, and a refined black-tea finish. Handpicked cherries are delivered to our mill for meticulous processing.
Gedeb coffees are some of Ethiopia’s most expressive—high-altitude clarity, deep sweetness, elegant florals, and vibrant fruit complexity in every cup.

Guji Hambella Benti Nenka
In the forested highlands of Guji Hambella—rising above 2,100–2,300 meters—cool nights, red volcanic soils, and abundant canopy shade create ideal conditions for slow ripening and intense fruit density. Smallholder families around Benti Nenka cultivate heirloom varieties using organic, land-stewardship practices rooted in generations of tradition.
This natural lot captures Hambella’s signature depth and fruit-forward elegance. Expect vibrant strawberry and blueberry, layered tropical sweetness, and a silky, clean finish. Every cherry is handpicked at peak ripeness and slow-dried on raised beds to preserve clarity and structure.
Hambella naturals are known for their expressive aromatics, lush sweetness, and distinct berry-driven profile—one of Ethiopia’s most beloved cup signatures.
